广州地区白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂抗药性的初步研究 被引量:39

Preliminary Investigation of Aedes albopictus Resistant to Commonly Used Insecticides in Guangzhou

摘要 目的初步了解广州地区白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为控制登革热媒介科学合理用药提供依据。方法从广州地区三种环境类型(农村、郊区、城区)采集白纹伊蚊幼虫,实验室繁殖1~2代,采用WHO推荐的生物测试法进行测定。结果广州农村地区白纹伊蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯的抗药性指数分别为4.95、2.41,已产生低抗性;城区、郊区白纹伊蚊对敌敌畏有低抗性,抗药性指数分别为2.16、3.45;三种环境类型白纹伊蚊均对倍硫磷、氯菊酯、残杀威敏感。结论广州地区不同环境类型白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂抗药性有差异,应因地制宜,科学合理使用杀虫剂。 Objective To survey the resistance level of Aedes albopictus to several commonly used insecticides in Guangzhou which offering the scientific basis of insecticides-using information for the vector control of dengue fever. Method Larvae of A. albopictus were collected from country, suburb, city zone of Guangzhou, and were bred for 1-2 generations in lab, then tested with WHO standard bioassay to calculate LC50 and resistance index. Results A.albopitus in country had low resistance to Deltamethrin and beta-cypermethrin, with the resistance index of 4.95 and 2.41 ,respectively. A.albopitus in city zone and suburb had low resistance to DDVP,with the index of 2.16 and 3.45, respectively. A.albopitus in Guangzhou (including city zone, suburb, country) were sensitivity to Fenthion, Permethrin and Propoxur. Conclusions Tbe insecticide resistances of Aedes albopictus in three kinds of environment of Guangzhou were different. Insecticides should be used scientifically and rationally to prevent and control vector of dengue fever.
