摘要
目的：探讨腰椎间盘脱出症治疗效果。方法：采用三维腰椎控制牵引床，快慢牵引，并配合其辅助治疗腰椎间盘突出症。结果：18061中，随访时间1月至1年，平均45，优109例，良50例，可：25例，差：5例，总有效率95％。结论：应用三维多功能牵引技术治疗腰椎间盘脱出症可取得满意疗效。
