摘要
目的:探索PBL教学方法在留学生见习教学中的作用。方法:采用自行设计的问卷评价PB瞰学方法在留学生见习教学中的应用的优劣,选取2006级45名留学生为实验组,2005级45名留学生为对照组。实验组用PBL教学方法,时照组用传统教学方法。结果:在提高团队合作能力及提高交流沟通能力方面,两组无明显差异(P〉0.05)。实验组在提高自主学习能力,培养临床分析解决问题能力,提高知识拓展和贯通能力等方面明显优于对照组(P〈O.01,P〈0.05)。结论:PBL较传统教学方法见习教学效果好,但仍然存在缺陷,有待进一步改进。
Objective To study application of PBL method in probation teaching of foreign medical students. Methods Using the self-designed questionnaires to evaluate the advantage and weakness of PBL teaching method, PBL teaching methods was carded out in experimental group of 45 foreign medical students in grade 2006, while the traditional teaching method was used in controlled group of 45 foreign medical students in grade 2005. Results There was no significant difference in improving ability of team work and communication between two groups(P〉0.05), but the ability of improving self- study, clinical analysis and solving problem, having a thorough knowledge in experimental group was superior to that in controlled group(P〈0.01, P〈0.05)o Conclusion PBL teaching method has more advantage than traditional teaching method ,but there are some shortcomings to be upgraded.
