大规模防盲手术的护理体会

The nurse experiences in large scale surgery in visual rehabilitation

目的：做好大规模小切口非超声乳化白内障防盲手术中的护理工作，保证手术的安全性及有效性。方法：配合636例（636眼）基层贫困白内障患者在表面麻醉下进行小切口非超声乳化白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术，积极进行术前、术中、术后护理。结果：所有患者在表面麻醉下均能很好的配合顺利完成手术。平均手术时间12．16分钟，术后第1天视力≥0．3者82．33％，术后3天≥0．3者93．86％。患者恢复良好，效果满意。结论：全面有效的护理措施是保障大规模防盲手术安全有序进行的重要前提。

Objective To do good nurse work in large scale non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery with small incision ,in order to safeguard the safety and validity of surgery. Methods Under topical anesthesia, small incision nonphacoemulsification cataract extraction and IOL implantation were done in 636 needy patients（636 eyes） from basic level, and systematical nurse work is necessary and important pre-/during/post- the surgery. Results All operations were well done under topical anesthesia. The mean duration of operation was 12.16minutes.The vision≥ 0.3 was 82.33% at first postoperation day and 93.86% at third postopratively. All patients heal well and the effects are satisfactory. Conclusions Comprehensive and effective nurse measures are the important precondition to ensure the safety and validity of large scale surgery in visual rehabilitation.
