摘要
目的:肺功能检查对癌症患者心律影响的临床观察。方法:将本院428例癌症患者,做肺功能检查前和检查后立即进行心电图检查,分析并比较心电图变化情况。结果:428例癌症患者中,行肺功能检查后,出现心电图异常99例,占23.14%;主要引起窦性心动过速、窦性心动过缓、房性心律失常、室性心律失常、阵发性心房颤动、右束支传导阻滞等。结论:肺功能检查虽然是一项比较安全的检查手段,但在临床使用过程中,可以诱发出现心律失常等不良反应。
Objective：To investigate the impacts of pulmonary function test on heart rhythms in cancer patients. Methods： 428 cancer patients were studied for changes in ECG before and immediately after the lung function test. Results：Abnormal ECG was seen in 99 of 428 patients （23. 14% ）, including sinus tachycardia, sinus bradyeardia, atrial arrhythmia, ventriculgr arrhythmias, paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and fight bundle branch block. Conclusion： Pulmonary functions test can induce arrhythmia in clinical practices despite considered as a safe examination.
