睫状神经营养因子研究进展 被引量：2

摘要 睫状神经营养因子（ciliary neurotrophic factor，CNTF）自70年代发现以来备受重视，最早由Helfand等在1976年发现，1984年Barbin等从鸡睫状神经元提取获得，并于1989年获得CNTFcDNA，是一种在体外能促进鸡胚睫状神经元存活的蛋白质，属白细胞介素26（inter-leukin26，IL26）细胞因子家族成员。CNTF具有多种功能，能促进多种神经细胞的存活，是第1个被发现的能维持在体和离体脊髓运动神经元的存活及突起生长的神经营养因子。CNTF可诱导多种神经细胞分化，
