摘要
目的：探讨颌面部间隙感染者的临床特点和综合治疗的作用。方法：对94例病例回顾性分析感染的来源、治疗和并发症的处理。结果：94例颌面部间隙感染以牙源性为主，共75例（79．79％），其次为外伤性的7例（7．45％），腺源性感染6例（6．38％），其他6例（6．38％），本组患者治愈92例 （97．87％），好转2例（2．13％）。结论：颌面部感染是以牙源性为主的混合性感染，综合治疗颌面部间隙感染效果良好。
Objective Maxillofacial space to explore the clinical features of infection and the role of combined therapy. Methods 94 cases of retrospective analysis of cases the source of infection, treatment and management of complications. Results 94 cases of maxillofacial space odontogenic infections mainly to a total of 75 cases （79.79%）, followed by the seven cases of traumatic （7. 45%）, six cases of adenovirus infection （6. 38%）, the other six cases （6. 38% ）, the 92 cases of patients cured （97.87%）, improvement in 2 cases（2. 13%）.Conclusions Maxillofacial odontogenic infection is mainly of mixed infections, a comprehensive treatment of maxillofacial space infection well.
