乳酸菌活菌胶囊治疗96例细菌性阴道病的临床效果分析

目的：评价乳酸茵活茵胶囊对细菌性阴道病的临床疗效。方法：选择我院2008年1月~2009年3月门诊诊断明确的细菌性阴道病患者，对356例细菌性阴道病患者治疗后随机抽取96例为巩固治疗组，进行乳酸菌活菌胶囊巩固治疗，其余的为非巩固组。结果：两组1个月、3个月的复发率比较，巩固治疗组为3．13％、12．5％，非巩固组的12．08％、35．96％。结论：乳酸菌活茵胶囊可用于细菌性阴道病的巩固治疗，有利于恢复阴道微生态平衡，能增强疗效。预防复发。
