糖尿病足的危险因素和临床护理分析

目的：探讨针对影响糖尿病肢端坏疽患者愈合因素进行针对性的护理。方法：在300例糖尿病足住院患者中随机抽取160例分成2组，根据2组患者血浆蛋白、动脉硬化下肢血流量、微循环障碍程度、创口周围皮肤的色泽、温度、缺乏糖尿病足的防治知识进行分析，找出影响愈合的因素，并做好针对性的护理工作。结果：160例糖尿病足患者，经治疗，通过两组病人下肢血流量、足背动脉搏动及甲襞微循环比较。2组差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论：根据糖尿病足坏疽患者影响愈合的因素，进行针对性的护理，加快了糖尿病足坏疽患者的愈合速度，同时综合治疗有利于糖尿病足坏疽的早日愈合，可以减少截肢，提高了糖尿病足坏疽患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the factors contributing to diabetes foot gangrene healing of 160 patients , and to approach nursing care to aim directly at the factors. Methods 160 cases were chosen from 300 diabetes foot gangrene patient s hospitalized in our hospital, and divided into two group s of respectively. The patients＇ plasma protein, blood flow volume of arteriosclerosis lower ext remity, extent of microcirculation disturbance, The color and temperature of the skin arotmd the wound lack of prevention knowledge for diabetes foot gangrene were analyzed, and the factors cont ributing to healing were found. At the same time, the appropriate nursing care was undertaken. Results The blood flow volume of lower ext remity, pulsation of dorsal artery of foot and nail fold microcirculation of the 160 pai tients with diabetes foot gangrene was compared, and there were significant differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusions According to the factors contributing to diabetes foot gangrene healing, the appropriate nursing care aimed directly at the patients is undertaken, and the healing of diabetes foot gangrene patients will be accelerated. In addition, and the combined therapy will be helpful to early healing of diabetes foot gangrene, decrease amputation and improve life quality of diabetes foot gangrene patients.
