米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤治疗76例异位妊娠的效果观察

目的：观察米非司酮联合甲氨蝶呤（MTX）治疗非破裂型异位妊娠的疗效。方法：选择我院2004年1月至2009年6月的未破裂异位妊娠76例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组口服米非司酮300mg，观察组在此基础上同时单次肌肉注射MTX50mg／m2，观察效果。结果：观察组38例治愈33例，治愈率86．84％，对照组38例治愈25例，治愈率65．79％。两组的治疗效果差异显著。结论：在严格掌握药物治疗适应证的前提下，米非司酮联合MTX治疗异住妊娠疗成功率高。
