Hemodialysis room risk factors for nosocomical infection and its control strategies

目的：探讨血透室医院感染的危险因素，加深对血透室医院感染控制工作重要性的认识，降低血透病人医院感染的发生。方法：采取科室自查与医院感染办公室随机抽查相结合的方式，通过各种检测，寻找不足，分析原因，总结经验，制订和完善医院感染控制措施。结果：制订和完善了血透室医院感染控制对策，各项检测指标保持在正常范围，有效地控制了血透室医院感染的发生。结论：只有加深血透工作人员的医院感染防控意识，才能有效推动医院感染防控工作的落实，从而提高血透室医院感染防控工作。

Objective In order to investigate the risk the factor of hospital acquired infection in the hemodialysis room, deepen the understanding of the importance of controlling of the hospital acquired infection ,lower the rate of hospital acquired infection. Methods take the measure of self-examination and /andom check; through a variety of testing, looking for the inadequate, analyse the reason, sum up the experience so as to develop and improve the means to control the hospital acquired infection. Results made out and improved the measures to control the hospital acquired infection, and the measurement indicators maintained at the normal range, and effectively controlled the rate of hospital acquired infection in the hemodialysis room. Conclusion only by strengthening the awareness of the staff in the hemodialysis room, can we effectively promote the control of the hospital acquired infection, so as to improve the work in the hemodialysis room.
