顺式阿曲库铵药动学和药效学研究进展 被引量：10

摘要 顺式阿曲库铵是构成阿曲库铵消旋混合物的10种同分异构体之一，为顺式旋光异构体。与阿曲库铵一样，它主要通过与运动终板胆碱能受体竞争性结合而发挥肌松作用。由于顺式阿曲库铵起效及恢复迅速，不释放组胺，对心血管影响小，无蓄积作用，代谢产物无毒性及肌松效应，得以在临床上广泛应用。我们就其药动学、药效学、临床应用和研究现状作一综述。
