Clinical Research on Noninvasive Monitoring of Intracranial Pressure Which Caused by Large Area Cerebral Infraction by Flash Visual Evoked Potential

摘要 目的:本研究在探讨fVEP各波潜伏期与颅内压增高的关系,评价其在神经内科疾病中颅内压监测的临床应用的可行性的基础上[1],以此监测高颅压治疗效果,并对颅高压的临床治疗提供指导性意见。材料与方法:对53例临床诊断的脑膜炎高颅压患者用药(甘露醇)前、后(每隔10min)各测一次颅压值,选取60min分析。结果:脑膜炎高颅压患者甘露醇脱水效果佳。结论:fVEP可以较准确,安全地判定颅内压值,并在指导颅高压的临床治疗中有重要意义及广泛的应用前景。 Purpose: We study the relationship between flash visual evoked potentials (fVEP)and intracranial pressure (ICP),to evaluate the usefulness of baseline fVEP testing in the diagnosis of increased ICP and instruction therapy tall intracranial pressure. Material and Method: Measured 53 increased intracranial pressure patients which caused by meningitis before mannitol and after mannitol (every 10 min), choose 60 min analysis. Results: The mannitol effect to cure meningitis is well. Conclusion: fVEP can exact and harmless monitoring ICP, and we think fVEP has importance value to instruction therapy tall intracranial pressure in clinical.
