电刺激促进颌面骨形成的相关研究

摘要 同神经、肌一样,骨组织也具备生物电学特性。自从骨的压电性被发现以来,对骨组织的基础与临床研究持续至今。许多体内外实验证明,电刺激能促进骨组织的增长,加速骨组织的修复。在部分国家与地区,骨电刺激设备已经用于骨科与脊柱外科的临床治疗。本文就有关电刺激在口腔颌面外科领域的相关研究进行文献综述。 Just as neuros and muscles,bones also have the properties of biological electricity.Basic and clinical researches have lasted for decades since the piezoelectric effect of bones was found.Many experiments in vitro or in vivo have demonstrated that electrical bone stimulation could promote bone formation and accelerate bone repair.In part of areas or countries,electrical bone stimulation devices have been developed for therapeutic use in orthopaedic and spine surgery.Researches on electrical bone stimulation have been performed in maxillofacial surgery in the literature.
