提出了等效荷载的简化计算方法，分析了在不同情况下考虑预应力筋作用的不同方法，建议在建筑结构中利用抗弯预应力筋来承担部分扭矩，以提高材料的使用效率。

This paper presented a method of calculating an analogical loads.And the models for consider the effect of prestressed reinforcement are analyzed.We may use the presterssed reinforcement for resistance bending moment,also for resistance twisting moment in the building structures,thus arising the effect of material.
