摘要
目的:初步评价反复熔铸后Ni-Cr烤瓷合金的生物相容性。方法:根据ISO标准采用体外细胞毒性试验(MTT法)测试不同熔铸次数Ni-Cr烤瓷合金不同浓度的浸提液培养小鼠结缔组织成纤维细胞(L-929)的结果,从而对反复熔铸后Ni-Cr烤瓷合金的生物相容性进行初筛。结果:各浓度实验组细胞生长形态良好、细胞毒性级为0~1级;经过2~5次熔铸的Ni-Cr烤瓷合金不同浓度的浸提液、不同培养时间的A492均值与经过1次熔铸的Ni-Cr烤瓷合金相应A492均值无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:初步认为Ni-Cr烤瓷合金经过1~5次熔铸后具有较好的生物相容性。
Objective:To preliminarily evaluate the biocompatibility of recasting Ni-Cr ceramic alloy.Methods:According to ISO standards,in vitro cytotoxicity-test(MTT method)on L-929 cell was carried to evaluate the biocompatibility of Ni-Cr ceramic alloys which were cast for several times.Results:The levels of cytotoxicity of all the experimental groups were ranged from 0 to 1.No statistically differences were found on the absorbance in different leaching liquor,between the specimens fabricated by 2-,3-,4-,and 5-time casting and the 1-time casting specimens(P0.05).Conclusion:It is preliminarily estimated that recasting 5 times had no effects on the cytotoxicity of Ni-Cr ceramic alloy in vitro.
