摘要
针对混凝土搅拌站作业的特点，采用计算机自控技术，对混凝土动态物料配比、搅拌性能、作业周期等参数进行有效控制，实现对混凝土搅拌自动控制。选用ＳＴＤ总线结构的工控计算机构成实时监控系统，可靠性好，并实际应用于施工现场，取得良好效果。
In this paper,with the help of computer automatic control,a automatic control system for concrete batching plant is researched for the efficient control of its parameter according to the characteristics of it.This real time control system is structured with industrial controlling computer automatic protection.Its reliability is good.This system is applied to construction site and proves its effectiveness in monitoring and controlling.
