血脂康对慢性心力衰竭患者血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1和血管内皮功能影响

Effects of Xuezhikang on serum sVCAM-1 and endothelial function in patients with chronic heart failure

目的：观察血脂康短期治疗对胆固醇水平正常的慢性心力衰竭患者血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1（sVCAM-1）和肱动脉内皮功能的影响。方法：48例慢性心力衰竭患者（NYHA分级Ⅱ-Ⅳ级）随机分成血脂康组（24例）和对照组（24例）。2组均遵循慢性心力衰竭治疗指南给予常规治疗,治疗组加用血脂康0.6g,2次/d,共8周。采用酶联免疫吸附试验法（ELISA）测定治疗前后血清sVCAM-1水平和超声测定肱动脉内皮功能。结果：血脂康组与对照组比较,血清sVCAM-1水平于8周后明显降低（P〈0.01）;肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能明显提高（P〈0.01）。结论：血脂康治疗有助于降低正常胆固醇水平慢性心力衰竭患者的sVCAM-1水平并能够改善内皮依赖性血管舒张功能。

Objiective：To observe the effects of Xuezhikang on serum sVCAM-1 and endothelial function in chronic heart failure （CHF） patients with the normal level of cholesterol.Methods：Patients with CHF （NYHAⅡ～Ⅳ） were randomly divided into treated group （n=24） recieved Xuezhikang 0.6 g BID for 8 weewks and control group （n=24）with no Xuezhikang treatment, and both of these 2 goups were also given routine treatment according to the guide of CHF treatment.The levels of serum sVCAM-1 were measured by ELISA, and the evaluation of endothelial function was determined by using ultrasound. Results：The levels of sVCAM-1 p were obiously decreased and the endothelial dependent vasodilatation was significantly improved in treated group compared to those in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Xuezhikang could improve endothelial dependent vasodilatation and depress the levels of serum sVCAM-1 in CHF patients with the normal level of cholesterol.
