湿润烧伤膏治疗静滴盖诺致皮肤溃烂的临床观察

The Efficacy Obervation of MEBO in Treating Skin Ulcer Caused by Intravenous Injection of Vinoreibine Tartrate

目的:观察湿润烧伤膏对4例静滴盖诺引起的皮肤溃烂的治疗效果。方法:应用美宝湿润烧伤膏涂抹患处,同时配合静滴头孢曲松钠抗感染治疗。结果:治疗1周后病情好转,溃烂未再发展,一个月后痊愈。结论:湿润烧伤膏能止痛生肌,有效保护创面,使创面处于生理性湿润环境中,能改善局部微循环,促进肉芽组织生成,实现创面生理性再生修复,对化疗药物所致的皮肤溃烂有较好的治疗效果。

Objective： To observe the effect of MEBO in treating skin ulcer caused by intravenous Injection of Vinorelbine Tartrate. Method.. MEBO was applied to the ulcers, meanwhile, anti - infection was made by intravenous injection of Ceftriaxone sodium. Results： After a week treatment, the wounds were improved. Then a month later, the wounds healed. Conclusion： Because MEBO has an effect to relieve pain, promote tissue regeneration, effectively protect wound in moist environment, improve local microcirculation and promote granulation tissue growth, it can reach physiological regeneration and repair of wound and is a reliable drug to treat skin ulcer caused by chemotherapeutic drug.
