美宝胃肠胶囊联合西药治疗消化性溃疡23例

The Experience of Treating 23 cases of Peptic Ulcers with MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule plus Western Medicine

目的:探讨美宝胃肠胶囊联合西药对消化性溃疡的治疗作用。方法:随机对45例经纤维胃镜确诊的消化性溃疡患者分为两组:治疗组服用美宝胃肠胶囊和西药奥美拉唑及西米替丁治疗,对照组只用西药奥美拉唑及西米替丁治疗,根据患者临床症状和胃镜复查情况判定疗效,并进行组间卡方检验处理比较。结果:美宝胃肠胶囊联合西药治疗组患者的临床症状改善率及胃镜下病灶修复情况,明显优于只单纯用西药治疗的对照组。结论:美宝胃肠胶囊联合西药治疗消化性溃疡,无论是临床症状还是胃镜病灶修复情况均较显著。

Objective： To observe the effect of MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule combined with Western Medicine in treating peptic ulcers. Method： 45 cases of peptic ulcers patients confirmed with fibergastroscope were divided into two groups, i. e. treatment group and control group randomly. In treatment group, the patients took MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule, Omeprazole and Cimetidine. In control group, the patients only took above western medicine. The effect of two groups was compared with chi - square deal according to clinical symptoms and the results of gastroscopy re - inspe,：tion of patients. Results： According to the improving rate of patient＇s symptoms and the observed results of repair of lesions under grastroscopy, the effect of treatment group was significant better than that of control group. Conclusion： Either in clinical symptoms or in endoscopic lesions repair, it can obtain significant effect to treat peptic ulcers with MEBO Gastrointestioal Capsule plus Western Medicine.
