The Nursing Experience of Head Pressure Ulcers

目的:探讨头部压迫性溃疡的护理要点,预防溃疡的再次发生。方法:通过对9例因不同原因所致压迫性溃疡患者的治疗,观察湿润烧伤膏的外用疗效。结果:9例患者创面全部愈合,最短愈合时间为5天,最长42天。结论:在减压的同时,用湿润烧伤膏治疗压迫性溃疡,方法简单,实用性强,疗效显著。

Objective： To discuss the key points of nursing pressure ulcers in head so as to prevent recurrence. Method： The effect of MEBO in topical use was observed by treating 9 cases of patients with pressure ulcers resulted from different causes. Results： 9 patients with pressure ulcers all healed with shortest healing time of 5d and longest healing time of 42d. Conclusion ： At the same time of depression treatment, treating pressure ulcers with MEBO is a simple, practical and effective method.
