摘要
目的探讨颅骨缺损修补术对脑葡萄糖代谢的影响及与神经功能恢复的关系。方法对10例拟行颅骨修补术的病人在术前、术后第7天行18F-FDGPET-CT检查,了解颅骨修补术前后脑葡萄糖代谢的变化,并在术后6个月随访神经功能改善情况。结果 FDG代谢增加7例,其中6例术后6个月神经功能改善。3例FDG代谢减低,术后6个月神经功能改善不明显。结论颅骨修补术后的脑葡萄糖代谢较术前活跃,并与神经功能的恢复相关。
Objective To investigate the effect of cranioplasty on brain glucose metabolism and the relationship between cranioplasty and neurosis recovery. Methods Ten patients needing cranioplasty received 18F-FDG PET-CT examination before operation and 7 days after operation for assessing the variation of brain glucose metabolism and were followed up for 6 months to track the functional nerve recovery. Results FDG metabolism increased in 7 cases,including neurological function was improved in 6 cases. FDG metabolism decreased in 3 cases,but no significant improvement of never function after 6 months. Conclusions Brain glucose metabolism after cranioplasty is much more active than preoperation,and is related to functional nerve recovery.
