摘要
本文系统地研究了三种合金在液态Al-Zn-Si中的腐蚀行为。结果表明,三种合金在液态Al-Zn-Si中腐蚀层内层均由Fe2Al5和FeAl3组成,腐蚀层外层来自Al-Zn-Si液本身,但不同合金其腐蚀产物中各相层厚度不同,腐蚀产物的厚度与其稳定性密切相关,腐蚀产物越厚对应的合金的耐液态Al-Zn-Si腐蚀能力也越强。纯铁在液态Al-Zn-Si中腐蚀速率非常快,基体中合金元素的存在促进了铁铝化层的生长,获得了较厚的铁铝化合物层,合金表现出较好的耐Al-Zn-Si腐蚀能力。
Corrosion behavior of there Fe-based alloys in Al-Zn-Si bath was investigated in this study.The results revealed that the corrosion products of the there Fe-based alloys are composed of Fe_2Al_5 and FeAl_3 phases and the outermost leyer is from bath itself.However,different alloys have different layer thickness.The more thick is the corrosion product layer,the better is the corrosion resistance of the alloy.Pure iron has a high corrosion rate in Al-Zn-Si bath.Elements existing in the reaction layer influence the growth of the Fe-Al layers.The more thick is the Fe_2Al_5 layer,the better is the corrosion resistance of the alloy.
