摘要 股骨头坏死的动物模型在研究其发病机理、病变特点、诊断及疗效分析和分子靶点的筛选等方面,具有不可替代的作用。本文总结了近年来股骨头坏死实验动物模型研究领域的国内外进展,在实验动物的选择、动物模型的制备方法、定量观察指标的综合应用等方面对国内外该领域研究进行了优化分析,并重点讨论了制约股骨头坏死实验动物模型研究领域的瓶颈问题,为深入地研究股骨头坏死的分子机理及其防治的分子靶点筛查,提供科学的实验研究体系。 The establishment of experimental animal models of osteonecrosis of the femoral head plays a key role in the investigation on the pathogenesis,pathology,diagnosis,treatment,prevention and molecular targets exploration.In this paper,the recent research achievements in the field of experimental animal models of osteonecrosis of the femoral head were summarized,including selection of laboratory animals,methods of model establishment,and parameters used in the quantitative analysis of this disease,etc.The bottleneck problems restricting the research of this disease were analyzed,and perspectives on optimizing the future investigations on the molecular pathogenesis and molecular targets of prevention and treatment for osteonecrosis of the femoral head were discussed.
