摘要
粉煤灰的堆放是一种污染,而粉煤灰的利用则使它成为一种资源。粉煤灰资源化过程所遇到的主要问题是含碳超过标准。因此,脱炭好坏成为粉煤灰能否综合利用的关键问题。脱炭主要有干法(电选)和湿法(浮选)两种方法。本文分析了两种脱炭方法所遇到的问题,提出了解决问题的方法。
Fly ash can cause environmental
pollution, but it can be exploited as useful resources.The main problem that fly ash becomes
utilizable resources is that carbon content in fly ash is too high to be directly used. Thus, the
decarbonization of fly ash plays a significant role in utilization of fly ash. Nowadays, two kinds
of separations are employed to decarbonise the fly ash:electrostatic separation and flotation.
The advantages and drawbacks of two methods are presented in the paper. Problems
encountered in the methods are discussed here.
