摘要
采用正交组合回归设计试验方法,研究了硅、锰元素对ZnAl22CuMg合金力学性能的影响规律.研究结果表明,硅、锰元素可改善ZnAl22CuMg合金的硬度和100℃时的硬度,若加入配比不当会降低其冲击韧性,若两元素加入比例适当,合金可得到较高的强韧性.
By the orthogonal regressive principle, the experimental method is designed, and the regularity that elements Si and Mn affect in the mechanical properties of alloy ZnAl 22 CuMg have been researched. The experimental results have showed clearly that Si and Mn can improve the hardness, and its hardness at 100℃ of alloy ZnAl 22 CuMg, but its toughness will be reduced a little. If the two elements are added in suitable proportion, the hard toughness of this alloy can be increased.
