The Function Organization in the Masses Series of Residence Architecture

分析了当前住宅建设中存在的缺点与不足，结合我国家庭构成特点，考虑城镇住房制度改革和安居工程要求，根据户型选择和设计原理，对大众系列户型的住宅建筑功能空间进行了合理组织的尝试，并设计出一套符合长远发展需要的小面积多功能住宅的组合方案．

The disadvantage and weakness in residence architecture are analysed and studied. It has been combined the family composition′s characteristis in our country, and considered the housing regulations reform in cities and towns and the need of living settled project. On the basis of the principle selecting and designing household type, the fuctional space in the masses series of residence architecture is attempted to be organized reasonably. A relevant combination scheme of smaller area and more functions residence conforming to the need long_term developing is designed.
