A Study on the Scientific Development of Administrative Colleges

《行政学院工作条例》的颁布,为行政学院的科学发展指明了方向和具体道路。它对为何办行政学院、办什么样的行政学院、怎样办行政学院等根本问题进行了规定,其中,特别是规定了行政学院的性质和体制、教学科研布局、学科体系建设和开放办学等举措。当前,贯彻落实条例,特别需要我们在如何发挥自身优势、如何突出教学特色、如何强化系统意识等方面下功夫。

Regulations on Administrative CoLlege shows the right direction and specific way for the scientific development of administrative colleges. It stipulates the basic issues of administrative colleges, such as why to set up administrative colleges; what kind of administrative colleges to establish; how to run administrative colleges. Especially, it stipulates also some measures, such as the nature and structure of administrative colleges; the arrangement of teaching-research; the discipline construction; running college in an open way. At present, some works should be done for implementing Regulations on Administrative CoLlege, such as to let administrative colleges optimize their own strengths; to highlight the teaching characteristics; to strengthen the system and SO on.
