论珠三角文化一体化的必然趋势

On the Inevitable Trend of Cultural Integration of the Zhujiang River Delta

国家发展改革委员会2008年12月发布的《珠江三角洲地区改革发展规划纲要(2008-2020年)》,将珠三角城市发展纳入国家发展战略,要求珠三角九市为主体区域进一步发挥示范作用,先行先试。随着珠三角区域优势资源互补、产业关联、梯度发展的多层次产业圈的形成,以"城市十分钟文化圈"、"农村一小时文化圈"等为目标的文化一体化也成为必然趋势。本文从分析这一趋势入手,比照世界大城市经济文化一体化的经验,对珠三角文化一体化问题进行论述并提出对策性建议。

＂Reform of the Pearl River Delta Region Development Plan （2008-2020 years）＂, released by China＇ s National Development and Reform Commission in December 2008, brought the development of cities in the Pearl River Delta region into a national development strategy, and required that, nine cities in the Pearl River Delta region should further play a model role and go ahead and try ahead. With forming a multi-level industry circles in the Pearl River Delta region characterized by having complementary advantagesl close industrial relation and gradual development, it is inevitable to appear cultural integration in the 10-minutes city cultural circle and the 1 -hour rurally cultural circle. Starting with this trend, this paper studies experiences of economic and cultural integration of world major cities, discusses the issue of cuhural integration in the Pearl River Delta and raises some countermeasures.
