神华亿利690t/h循环流化床锅炉过热屏超温原因分析及改造方案

摘要 神华亿利4台690t/h循环流化床锅炉投运以来存在屏式过热器超温等现象,影响了锅炉的安全经济运行,分析了引发上述问题的原因并提出了改造方案,将一片低温过热屏和一片中温过热屏改为水冷蒸发屏,增加炉膛水冷壁的受热面积,减少屏式过热器的受热面积,并通过燃烧调整优化锅炉运行参数,改造结果显示锅炉各项参数基本能够达到了设计要求,改造取得成功。 Overheating of platen superheater of four 690 t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler in Shenhua Yili Power Plant is long-term existed,which affects the safe and economical operation of the boiler.Causes are analyzed and measures are presented.The platen superheater III are replaced by two water-cooled platens in order to decrease the heated area of platen superheater and increase the area of water-cooled platen.Meanwhile operating adjustment is also adopted to improve.The outcome indicates that the desired parameter is achieved and the retrofit seems successful.
