摘要
研究了不同贮藏温度及干燥方式对中国南瓜花粉生活力的影响。结果表明,对新鲜花粉来说,温度与花粉活力呈负相关,贮藏温度越低,花粉生活力下降也越慢,在本试验范围内-15℃和0℃为最佳贮藏温度;对经硅胶干燥后的中国南瓜花粉来说,其生活力对贮藏温度不是很敏感,而且在-15℃和0℃的低温条件下贮藏,花粉生活力下降明显,室温反而较好。自然风干处理较硅胶干燥处理有利于花粉的贮藏。
Effects of different storage temperature on pollen vigor of Chinese pumpkin were studied. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between temperature and pollen vigor. The lower the temperature was, the slower the vigor decreased. The treatment of natural drying was better than that of silica gelon. After drying of silica gelon, the pollen vigor of Chinese pumpkin was not sensitive to storage temperature and dropped off significantly in the condition of longterm low temperature, -15℃ and 0℃.
