摘要
以西瓜为研究材料,利用高压装置,以水为传压介质,研究了静水高压(50MPa,100MPa,150MPa)处理西瓜种子对成苗率、幼苗叶绿素含量、过氧化物酶活性和西瓜果实农艺性状的影响。结果显示,加压组(萌动种子和干种子)的成苗率下降,方差分析表明,两组西瓜种子的成苗率差异显著;加压组的叶绿素a、类胡萝卜素的含量均比对照组低,生长受到抑制;与对照组相比,加压组叶片的过氧化物酶活性明显增高,抗逆性增强,果实中心糖含量升高。总的来说,高压处理种子使西瓜前期生长受到抑制,后期有利于抗逆性增强、品质提高。
The effects of high hydrostatic pressure treatment (50 Mpa, 100 Mpa, 150 Mpa) on the planting percent, chlorophyll contents, peroxidase and quality of watermelon were studied. The results showed that the planting percent in treated group decreased in comparison to the control group and T-test indicated the difference is significant in the believable level of 95. The contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid in the treated group is less than that of the control group, while the activity of peroxidase and adversity resistance in the treated group is more than that of control group. It showed that high hydrostatic pressure treatment can inhibit the growth of watermelon at the early stage and enhance the adversity resistance and the quality of watermelon at the later stage.
