上海屠宰样品中猪链球菌感染率调查研究 被引量：1

摘要 采集上海地区屠宰场中扁桃体样品,进行猪链球菌分离。按照染色特性及PCR鉴定阳性细菌。根据CPS基因采用PCR方法进行2、7及9血清型鉴定工作,并检测分离株毒力因子携带情况。结果证实在231份样品中共确定24份猪链球菌,其中2型10株、7型3株、9型2株,其余血清型待定。
