工程设计的主要建设方案的确定，都要经过技术经济评价、方案比较。选择方案时应该采用系统的观点、抓住关键部位，并应设法运用系统物流分析，必要时还可以引入可靠性分析方法。举了几个实例，说明采用可靠性分析的做法。

In engineering design,the determinection of a major constrution program is carried on by technical & economic evaluation and progrom comparison.systematic pointview and method,key elements seizing,material flow direction analysis and reliability analysis are necessary in the selection of programs.The paper also gives some engineering examples.
