摘要
[目的]探讨乳果糖和食醋预防肝硬化上消化道出血后肝性脑病(HE)的疗效.[方法]将70例确诊肝硬化合并上消化道出血患者随机分为两组(各35例),对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用乳果糖口服及食醋灌肠,1个月后观察疗效.[结果]治疗后比较,治疗组发生HE患病率明显低于对照组,且差异有显著性(P〈0.05).治疗组血氨含量明显下降,数字连接实验(NCT)较对照组缩短(P〈0.01).[结论]乳果糖和食醋能有效预防肝硬化上消化道出血后HE的发生.
[Objective] To explore the efficacy of lactulose and vinegar in preventing hepatic encephalopathy(HE) after upper gastrointestinal bleeding. [Methods] Seventy cases of cirrhosis complicated with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into therapy group( n = 35) and control group ( n = 35). Patients in the control group received routine therapy and those in the therapy group received routine therapy plus oral lactulose and vinegar by enema. The efficacy after one month was observed. [Results] After treatment, the incidence of hepatic encephalopathy in the therapy group was lower than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between two groups ( P〈0.05). The blood ammonia in the therapy group de creased obviously. Number connection test(NCT) in the therapy group was shorter than that in the control group( P 〈0.01). [Conclusion] Lactulose and vinegar can prevent hepatic encephalopatby effectively after upper gastrointestinal bleeding caused by cirrhosis.
