摘要
采用"自我职业生涯管理调查问卷"对来自不同高校的218名青年教师进行了调查,分析了高校青年教师自我职业生涯管理的性别和婚姻状况差异。结果发现:高校青年教师自我职业生涯管理受我国现行人力资源配置方式的影响,其整体水平不高;不同生涯阶段高校青年教师对职业目标的管理存在差异,职业—婚姻冲突对高校青年教师的自我职业生涯管理具有重要影响;适应期高校青年教师的自我展示行为存在着性别差异。
Using the Individual Career Management Questionnaire,218 college young teachers who came from different colleges were investigated.The effect of gender and marriage to college young teachers' career management were analyzed.The result shows that college young teachers' career management was affected by present manner of human resource assignment,so its level was low.College young teachers' career management was greatly influenced by career-marriage conflict.There were significant differences between male teachers' self-showing and female teachers'.
