摘要
通过红外光谱和扫描电镜实验,研究了聚硅酸铝铁-壳聚糖(PSAF-CTS)复合絮凝剂的形貌结构特征。红外实验结果显示,PSAF与CTS先由氢键力形成氢键聚合体,然后该氢键聚合体在酸性环境中脱水,发生通过羟基配位的羟基式桥联反应,生成聚合多核配位化合物PSAF-CTS。扫描电镜实验表明,该复合絮凝剂中存在PSAF、CTS以及二者结合处类似于多孔蜂窝状的3种结构。并且PSAF、CTS部分的形貌结构在反应前后也发生了变化。将该絮凝剂用于废水的絮凝处理实验中,得到了较好的净水效果。
The morphology and structural characteristics of composite flocculant PSAF-CTS were examined using infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The infrared spectroscopic results indicated that a hydrogen bonded polymer of PSAF and CTS was first created through hydrogen bonding,followed by a dehydration step under acidic conditions.The end products of multi-polymer coordination compounds PSAF-CTS were formed through the coordinations of hydroxy-type bridges.Three major types of structures in the composite flocculants were identified as PSAF、CTS and a porous honeycomb-like combination as observed by scanning electron microscopy.In addition,the morphology and structures of the formed PSAF and CTS after reactions were altered compared to those prior to reactions.Great removal efficiencies using such flocculants were obtained in the treatments of four types of wastewaters.
