摘要
针对细粒浮选精煤深度脱水这一关键课题,提出在同一设备上组合机械与热工2种脱水方法的热压过滤方案,并通过理论分析与典型试验深入研究了热压过滤脱水的机理、技术可行性与经济合理性.结果表明,以工业余热和燃煤为热源的细粒煤热压过滤脱水方案技术经济合理,水分可降至10%~15%.
Using the mathematical model the kinetic,technological and structural parameters have been studied by imitating the process of probability screen for coal sizing. The variations of partition size and probable error E p value with amplitude,vibration frequency,projection angle and deck length are examined quantitatively.In addition,the optimal match relation between deck inclination and aperture size is obtained. The calculated results agree with the experimental values and detailed quantitative result was given which indicates that the built mathematical model can be directly applied to the design and parameter optimization of probability screen for coal sizing.
