摘要
文章介绍了PLC在酒精生产控制系统中的应用。具体说明了酒精生产的控制要求及实现方法;详细阐述了控制系统的硬件结构和软件功能设计,并详细介绍了PLC的MPI组网方案,提出了一种酒精生产中参数的PID-PD控制算法。实验结果表明,系统获得了良好的控制效果。
This paper introduces the application in control system for alcohol production based on PLC. Then it particularizes the requirements and the method of alcohol production and the hardware structure and software function design of control system. It also introduces networking program of PLC, proposes a PID-PD control algorithm. Experimental results show that system obtains comparative control effect.
