通信类高职专业顶岗实习及其长效机制问题的研究

Research on the internship and effective mechanism of communications specialties in higher vocational colleges

通信类高职教育培养面向通信产业生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高素质高技能人才,促进了通信产业结构优化和社会升级。文章在分析通信类高职专业顶岗实习的内涵特征及现状的基础上,探讨了如何建立顶岗实习推动机制、利益机制、建设机制、运行机制、情感机制和评价机制,保证通信类高职专业人才培养目标的实现。

Communication-oriented higher vocational education trains the high-quality and highly-skilled talents who are needed in the front line of production, construction, service and management of the communications industry. It promotes the structure optimization of the communications industry and the social upgrading. Based on the analysis of the connotation characteristics and status quo of the internship of the higher vocational college students of the communications specialties, this paper expounds the ways to establish drive mechanism, interest mechanism, construction mechanism, operation mechanism, emotional mechanism and evaluation mechanism of the internship so as to guarantee the realization of the talents training objective.
