长株潭通信一体化人才需求调查报告

Investigation report on talent requirements under communication integration of Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xiangtan

自从长株潭被批准为"两型社会"实验区以来,各项工作紧锣密鼓地开展,其中信息化资源共享的问题,马上提到工作日程,2008年12月就正式启动了长株潭通信一体化工作,本调查是针对通信一体化后,各通信企业现有的通信人才状况和人才需求目标进行有针对性调查,提出了人才需求及培养目标。

Since the approval of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan being the experimental area of ＂two-oriented society＂, various work have been carried out, one of which is the informatization resource sharing. The Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan communication integration has been started officially since December, 2008. This paper investigates the state of the communication talents and the talents needs goal of the communication enterprises and puts forward the talents needs and training objectives.
