摘要
油价飙升及各国政府补助两大利基带动太阳能电池产业快速成长,技术成熟的结晶硅太阳能电池产业发展尤其迅速,导致上游多晶硅原物料供不应求、价格暴涨。许多新加入厂商纷纷转向不依赖多晶硅原料的薄膜太阳能电池生产技术。研究由总体市场环境出发,分析全球太阳能电池市场的未来发展机会并找出影响其发展的关键因素。通过对各种太阳能电池技术比较,看出各技术的优缺点以及待突破之瓶颈,再针对全世界薄膜太阳能电池领导厂商的发展历程、策略作个案研究剖析,探究其胜出的原因,进而探究台湾薄膜太阳能电池产业的竞争策略。
The rise of petroleum and the governments' subsidies make the PV industry a rapid growth, especially the crystal silicon PV, which is mature in technology. This made the raw material of crystal silicon under supply and the price upward steadily, and many manufacturers turned to produce the Thin - Film PV technology without crystal silicon. This study foresees the chances of future development of global PV industry and find out which factors are unfavorable, based on the analysis of the overall market circumstance. Looking closely at various kinds of PV technology and find out their good and bad points, this study gives a concrete analysis under case studies with a view to the development process of the leading manufacturers in PV industry in the world. And a further study is being made on the competitive strategy of Taiwan Thin - Film PV industry. Key words:
