摘要
《周易》作为中华民族古老智慧的集中体现,其一系列思想对当代企业成功开展创新管理有诸多启示:"盛德大业"道出了创新目标对创新绩效的重大意义;"四象八卦"告诉我们创新源自于企业系统有序的创新组织结构;"生生谓之易"提醒企业要不断地对其创新组织结构和创新战略进行评估与调整;《周易》的辩证思想强调了企业一方面应以自主创新为本,另一方面又要善于集成创新和消化吸收再创新;《周易》的发展思想指导企业应在不同的发展阶段采取不同的创新策略。
Many ideas embedded in the Chinese ancient philosophic book Yi Jing are very enlightening as regards the issue of innovation management： Shengde Daye means that grand goals lead to prosperous business; Sixiang Bagua tells that innovation stems from systematic organizational arrangements ; Shengsheng Wei Zhi Yi caveats the enterprises to evaluate and adjust the innovation organization and strategy continuously ; the dialectical thinking of Yi Jing is in conformity with the philosophy of developing indigenous innovational capabilities along with resource integrating and technology absorbing capabilities. The processing thinking of Yi Jing tells the enterprises to adopt different innovation strategies according to their different developing stages.
