企业环保承诺、环保创新技术对环保绩效影响之研究

Study of Corporate Environmental Commitment and Innovation Technology on Environmental Performance

探讨企业环保承诺、环保创新技术对环保绩效之间关联性,采问卷调查法,以环保产业主管为对象,共发放750份问卷,有效问卷为315份。使用描述性统计、皮尔森积差相关、多元逐步回归分析及阶层回归进行数据分析,得出研究结果:研究对象以基层主管、中小型企业与未有环保验证企业居多,企业环保承诺、环保创新技术对环保绩效有正向相关与影响力,环保创新技术在企业环保承诺与环保绩效间具有中介效果。并依据研究结果对相关企业与后续研究者提出具体建议。

The purpose of the study is to explore the relationship and influence among a corporate environmental commitment, environmental innovation technology, corporate size, profitability, financial structure, and corporate system risk, environmental performance, as well as the intermediate effect of technology of environmental innovation. This study investigated environmental industry： Taiwan Wind Turbine Industry Alliance （ TWTIA ） with convenient sample of quantitative method. There were 750 questionnaires sent to the industry＇ s managerial positions, and the usable questionnaires were 315 returns, with 42% valid return rate. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Pearson correlation, multiple stepwise regressions and block regression analysis. The result of the study can be summarized as follows： 1. Most of the participants are entry - level managers, the number of employees and the capital amount of majority enterprises are small and mediumsized enterprises, as well as the enterprise＇ s are unverified accreditation; 2. Environmental commitment, technology of environmental innovation, environmental performance have a positive relationship and influence; 3. Technology of environmental innovation acts as an intermediate variables. Based on the findings and conclusions, this study also provides some recommendations for relevant corporate and further study.
