摘要
目前全世界开展前瞻活动的国家己超过53个,其中参与者一直是前瞻活动中最重要的一环,参与者会影响到整个前瞻活动的产出结果及其质量。尝试运用文献探讨法对世界各国的前瞻活动报告进行研完;探讨各国前瞻活动参与者的产生及组成。
53 countries have executed national f oresight activities all over the world. The Stakeholder is the most important issue on the foresight activities. The stakeholder will impact the result and quality on the foresight activities. How is the stakeholder produced and combined？ There is little research on that. This paper shows how to produce and combine stakeholder on foresight activities by using a literature review method to study in different country foresight activities.
