摘要
学校发展面临着外部环境、任务和功能、管理对象等多方面的变化,要求从学校管理走向学校领导,确立"价值领导"、"团队领导"、"整合领导"等理念和模式,通过"治理"统整学校上下、内外关系和利益,使学校领导成为一种共同创造的过程。
Faced with the change of external environment, tasks and functions, managed objects during school development, it requires that school management should become to be school leadership, establishing the concepts and models of "value leadership", "team leadership" and "integrated leadership". Through "governance" to achieve the consolidation of school various relations and interests, school leadership is to be a co-creative process.
