运动性贫血运动员铁代谢状况的研究 被引量:8

摘要 铁对于维持运动能力具有十分重要的作用,本研究对发生运动性贫血的运动员铁代谢状况进行研究,目的是探询发生运动性贫血时反映铁代谢状况的生化指标的变化规律。研究结果表明:运动性贫血运动员Hb、RBC、Hct和MCHC显著低于对照组;当运动性贫血发生时运动员血清铁浓度降低和铁蛋白浓度组、转铁蛋白升高,铁代谢紊乱。 As iron plays a very important role in maintaining the sporting capability,this research is devoted to investigating the status of iron metabolism in athletes of sporting anemia,in order to explore the regular pattern of the biochemical changes of iron metabolism in athletes of sporting anemia. The result of the investigation shows: the Hb、RBC、Hct and MCHC of athletes of sporting anemia are obviously below the compared group; when sporting anemia takes place,the density of serum iron diminishes,the density of ferritin and TF increases,and iron metabolism will be disorder.
