通过对高校体育教师评价情况的调查和分析,运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,建立了现阶段较为科学、客观的普通高校体育教师评价指标体系。该评价指标体系的建立对于我国普通高校体育教师人才的选拔和培养具有重要的指导意义。

Through surveying and analyzing the assessment conditions of physical education teachers in colleges and universities,this paper uses the methods of literature review,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method,and mathematical statistics to establish the college physical education teacher evaluation index system at this stag. . It is significant to establish the evaluation index system of selection and training personnel for college physical education teacher.
