摘要
采用电化学噪声测试技术研究了20钢在不同pH值的蒸馏水体系中的耐蚀性能。分析了20钢夹杂物的成分,从微观角度考察了其局部腐蚀的原因,试验结果表明,在不同pH值的蒸馏水体系中,试样耐蚀性能有差异,但局部腐蚀的噪声特征峰基本相同,有相同的腐蚀规律,证明了电化学噪声用于碳钢局部腐蚀检测的可行性。夹杂物是20钢点蚀的主要诱发源;在夹杂物边界与金属基体接触的部位最容易腐蚀并有可能继续发展为腐蚀坑。
The corrosion resistance of 20 steel in distillate solution with different pH values was investigated by electrochemical noise technology.The results indicated that the specimens had different corrosion resistance properties,but showed the same electrochemical noise time spectra and the same corrosion pattern in different solutions.This proves that the electrochemical noise technology can be used to detect the corrosion of carbon steel.Inclusion is the main source of corrosion.The edge between the inclusion and the matrix was corroded and became a pit most easily.
