摘要
探讨了阴离子交换树脂分离富集纯锌中铜、镉、铅、铁的条件,所得优化分离富集条件为:强碱性阴离子交换柱,样品溶液酸度为2mol/L盐酸;三段淋洗液依次为2mol/L盐酸、0.1mol/L氢溴酸+0.5mol/L硝酸的混合酸及3mol/L硝酸淋洗。经ICP-MS测定证明,95%以上的锌得到分离,90%以上的铜、镉、铅、铁得到富集,有效地降低ICP-MS对纯锌中铜、镉、铅、铁测定时的基体干扰。
A method for the separation of matrix and determination of trace elements in high pure zinc (99.995%) by ICP-MS was described. The conditions of separation and preconcentration for the trace Cu, Cd, Pb, Fe in zinc have been investigated with anion exchange column. The result of determination showed that over 95% zinc matrix has been separated from high pure Zn and over 90% Cu, Cd, Pb, Fe were preconcentrated.
